COVID 19: In case of an exit / entry territory ban is decided by the client’s country of residence or the country where the activity takes place, linked to a pandemic such as COVID_19 and preventing the client / participant from participating to the resort, MSP keeps the right to postpone the entire program (driving and / or other activities), or to issue a credit note for an amount equal to the service paid – 18 months validity. Customers / participants won’t be able to claim any compensation in case of postponement. The “Stay Pass” proposed by our service provider LAPLAND SAFARIS, will be reimbursed.
